Returns
As FRØYA Water is a natural, consumable product, we are only able to accept returns under the following conditions:
• Bottles are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
• A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
• You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
